For a while I and many others have been neglecting signups but it's about time we start using our signups alot more frequently.
It doesn't matter if you can only sign up just 30seconds before the signups. JUST SIGN UP! This'll clear up a whole lot on which instance we can head for and which we can't.
For now I'll just have to hope everyone signs up but I may add a more strict rule to have everyone sign up like DKP minus or whatnot. But 'till then just sign up anyway! And let's kill Vashj&Kael soon.
