| - Posted by Rhododendron - I remember the first time I beat the World of Warcraft, when I cleared Upper Black Rock Spire for the first time and took out General Drakkisath. Sure, there was more things to do, but those were side quests and challenge dungeons. The end boss of WoW was Drakk, and I had killed him.
Along came the expansion, and there was a new end boss. He called you out in the opening video, and this time he wasn't just some guy in an entry level dungeon. No, this time he was the end boss of a dungeon so far down the chain the dungeon hadn't even been implemented yet when the expansion launched. We've been raiding at 70 as a guild for a little over a year now, but we've finally done it. Illidan Stormrage is dead, and once again we have beaten the game. Excellent work everybody!
